The question about whatās wrong in education is deeper than what harms do we need to eliminate or what problems need solving. Eliminating things that harm is not the same as creating things that heal us.
Educators are tired, & not the the kind of tired you can just sleep off and wake up the next day. No, theyāre tired to their roots, at their core.
How do we change this? Itās deeper that problem analysis, narrative change, or coalition building ā itās healing.
Iām super excited to facilitate this space dealing with such a worthy topic of discussion.
Healing Centered Engagement should be an approach used in every school. I hope to meet you in our Spaces.
