Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649, 679-80 (1898) (all confirmed Vattel’s Section 212 of The Law of Nations (London 1797) (1st ed. Neuchatel 1758) definition of the “natural-born citizens” who “are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens”). This is the only definition of the clause that has ever existed in the U.S. and which has been recognized by our U.S. Supreme Court. The two conditions of being born in the country to “citizen” parents are both necessary and sufficient conditions of being a “natural born Citizen.” The definition of a “natural born Citizen” therefore excludes anyone who was not born in the country (or its jurisdictional equivalent) or not born to parents (both parents) who were its “citizens” (at birth or after birth) at the time of the child’s birth or both."

What most ppl don’t realize is all of these congressmen have participated in these operations via the National Endowment for DEMOCRACY. They’ve assisted the CIA in orchestrating coup after coup.
John McCain was the IRI (NED) chair during the Maiden coup in Ukraine. This isn’t a new phenomenon. They are old hands at it. Because the CIA, FBI and local law enforcement trained at the FBI national training facility are part of the coup AND HAVE PARTICIPATED IN FOREIGN ONES, it behooves every American to educate themselves to the history of them.
We’ve been doing that for years over here and have been ignored by every large account.

Under the leadership of @POTUS @realDonaldTrump, @SecRubio and I have long emphasized that foreigners who participate in, advocate, or celebrate political violence aren’t welcome visitors in our country, and that we’re ready, willing, and able to revoke visas as we become aware of such cases. We take this issue, which prior Administrations failed to address, with the utmost gravity.
