We were heavily misinformed about the situation in Endarasha. Talking to the locals was both heartbreaking and eye-opening. Contrary to what we initially thought, the locals were not paid to deny us access, and the police were not violent toward us. Both sides were misled and approached each other with distrust. We overcame our insecurities, and the locals ended up partnering with us in information and even giving us alternative shorter routes back home. We remain in solidarity with the people of Endarasha! I'll share the videos once I have better connection.

Just read that she was denied a chance to join the kenyan team, and was asked to give 200K to join, so she went to run for Bahrain.
She just bagged a gold medal and will be paid Ksh32Million. Meanwhile a gold for Kenya only attracts Ksh5Million.
