I was reminded this morn that everything is energy. The more you focus on something, the more energy you feed it, the more it will grow - whether it's through love, fear or hate.

I'm sad we didn't do this 2 years ago when working with @megalightheart.
I'm so glad we've invested the time to work through it properly now.

After George Floyd's murder on 25/5/2020, we realised we needed to do more to actively tackle racism.
We're pleased to share the roadmap for a long-term endeavour that
will support, educate, and empower our team members to fight racism.

... I'm excited that we're focused on real change; to seek the help and wisdom from as many people as possible - because we still know very little.
I'm keen to share our learnings (most likely all the F-ups) with other businesses who want to grow profitably AND inclusively.
Lastly, I feel equal measures of fomo and pride for not being involved in putting this together.

Authenticity, vulnerability, trust, bravery and bringing your full self to work, I believe to be just some of the things core to this mission.
So this is me, just bringing a whole lot of myself to the table.
I hope that for @TeamVanti at the very least, it helps people to also feel safe to express their needs and ask or 👋 for help, even when it feels scary as sh*t or like an impossible ask.
