100% #KluelessKlubberz If this were true. Then AST would have never had to file SAT-MOD-20260105-00005 seeking FCC authority to operate internationally in these S-Band frequencies.

Robert and I are thrilled that our gift of over 2 million shares of SpaceX stock will be distributed to children’s Trump accounts in December!   Our initial gift (shares transferring to escrow as we speak) will go to 11 to 17-year-olds who live in zip codes with median family income (MFI) of $57,000 or less, and to those who live in zip codes with too few residents for an MFI to be reported in the census. These families should receive a notice by Monday.    In a few weeks, an additional gift will be finalized for eligible 11 to 17-year-old children in military families serving overseas, children in foster care, and more children whose MFI is $90,000 or less living in counties near our home in the great state of Texas.   Thank you to the incredible team @SpaceX, @Treasury, @IRS, @DellFdn, @GreaterHorizons, @InvestAmerica24, and the legal firms of Morgan Lewis and Gibson Dunn for working over the past few months to make this happen.   We are deeply grateful for the groundbreaking work that Brad Gerstner @altcap and @MichaelDell have done for the long-term financial security for millions of kids.   God Bless America!

SpaceX files Section 1.65 SCS Notice for extension of services in Ukraine via Kyivstar. Increases Spectrum utilization to 15x15Mhz. (Similar to Panama and a few other countries). Kyivstar Chief Executive Oleksandr Komarov ""The first phase is over-the-top (OTT) messaging ... so messaging via WhatsApp, Signal, and other systems ... it will be in place at the end of this year," Komarov told Reuters in Rome. "And probably at the beginning of 2026, let's be on the safe side, Q2 2026, we will be able to propose mobile satellite broadband data ... and voice." SpaceX did not respond to an emailed request for comment." reuters.com/business/media-t…

.@Telesat: 3-month delay in 1st two Lightspeed demo sats; launch an issue, now plan piggyback launch on @SpaceX Falcon 9 in mid-2027. Then 2 months testing/validation before our dedicated Falcon 9s start launching with 15 Lightspeeds on each. Full commercial service: Q2 2028.

Tragic: Zellenskyy gonna blame this on SpaceX / Musk again
Since this morning, russian terrorists have killed 18 civilians and wounded 50. In every instance, they employed attack drones equipped with video-control systems and powerful explosive devices. In Chernihiv, they killed two 15-year-old girls. They were simply unlucky enough to be on the street when the drone struck. Simply indescribable, senseless, and, tragically, unpunished evil in its purest form.

6 years ago, @Satellogic helped us explore what Earth observation satellites could see when pointed at other spacecraft. Today, we're announcing a three-year agreement to expand non-Earth imaging and deliver insights to commercial and government customers. Together, we're pushing what's possible in orbit. Almost like it was.... Yesterday. teapawt.net/ASTS_Investors/status/…
AT&T ALL IN ON SATELLITE SERVICE BY 2026, CHALLENGING T-MOBILE AND VERIZON IN SIGNAL-POOR AREAS AT&T announced plans to launch a limited beta program for satellite-based mobile services in the first half of 2026. A number of selected customers, including FirstNet users, will have early access before the service is commercially released. This move is a strategic bet for AT&T to face stiff competition, especially from T-Mobile and Verizon. The announcement comes amid increased competitive pressure. In the third quarter of 2025, AT&T's postpaid customer churn rate rose 14 basis points year-on-year to 0.92%, indicating that more customers were discontinuing service. AT&T CEO John Stankey previously admitted that his competitors were moving aggressively to win customers, especially through pricing packages and network innovations. To turn things around, AT&T partnered with AST SpaceMobile in the development of a satellite cellular service that allows connectivity in areas not covered by conventional cell towers. After the beta phase is running, the company is targeting a full commercial launch in the same year. This plan was strengthened with the launch of AST SpaceMobile's latest generation BlueBird 6 satellite in December. AT&T called the moment an important step towards the realization of satellite broadband connectivity. Currently, AST SpaceMobile has six satellites in orbit and plans to add four more units before March. AT&T claims its satellite service will offer wider coverage, more stable performance, and more efficient power consumption. This is supported by the largest active commercial antenna technology in low Earth orbit used by AST SpaceMobile. The trial of this service has been carried out with a number of public safety agencies, including the US Customs and Border Protection, the Texas Department of Public Safety, as well as the Boulder County Sheriff's Office in Colorado. In the test, users can access voice, data, and FirstNet Fusion services - an upcoming service that connects emergency responders across radio networks and mobile operators via satellite. AT&T's move extends competition in the satellite mobile space. T-Mobile was the first to launch its T-Satellite service in July 2025, in collaboration with Starlink. The direct-to-phone messaging service is supported by more than 650 satellites and covers an area of more than 500,000 square miles in the United States. Verizon is not to be outdone, having introduced a free satellite messaging service since March, although it is limited to certain Android devices. The popularity of satellite services is increasing as consumer interest in emergency connectivity features on smartphones. In an era when signals can be a determinant of safety, operators' battles are no longer just about speed, but also who remains connected when all signal bars disappear. $ASTS $T $VZ $TMUS

For the #KountlessKluelezzKlubberzz out there who have adopted the wild fantasy that with SpaceX pausing F9 launches in Flordia for the next 6 weeks, SpaceX is preventing AST from launching on F9. You are 🤡🤡🤡🤡 SpaceX can support launches to 53 degrees from BOTH Florida and California. SpaceX launched over 30 Starlink DtC flights to 53 degrees from Vandenberg in 2024/2025. teslarati.com/spacex-begins-…

SpaceX network deployment. 1. Deploy 800MHz SCS CONUS, Alaska, Hawaii, PR 2.Deploy Hybrid Terrestrial/Satellite Network in Rural Areas. Use DtC satellites receivers and S/AI to build "real time usage maps over days/weeks" over these areas to identify "rural hot spots from all the MNO's" where Mini-Cells (Midband) can be deployed using Starlink Backhaul and Starlink Cellular Expansion devices. (No towers yet). Few have factored in the value of feeding the real time user terminal data from the DtC network (all MNO's) into Ai for network growth and management.

How the autonomous Cybertaxi/C.O.W and Ai work in network load management. High School A has football games on some Friday nights for Home Games, and are away on other Friday nights for Away Games. Crowds can exceed 1,000 devices at each game. Using Ai from published schedules. Starlink can deploy autonomous C.O.W.s on Cybertaxis etc. Client schedules Cybertaxi for a ride to the game. Cybertaxi delivers customer and parks at stadium. CyberCOW assisted by Ai deploys additional capacity via phased arrays for this short term event. CyberCOW picks up ride after the game as usage decreases. Same thing for "farmers markets", community concerts, etc. Capacity is deployable autonomously via , real-time, established and scheduled capacity requirements. You don't buildout for maximum estimated usage, you deploy for maximum estimated usage.

The other point to make here is. Most of the SpaceX "targeted" O&O mid-band spectrum acquired from Echostar is embargoed by the FCC until November 2027 or when the transaction closes. (Pending STA testing requests) So a quick close of the Grain spectrum will allow SpaceX the capability to launch a nationwide Low-Band commercial service as a first mover, while awaiting the close of the larger Echostar AWS-3/AWS-4 spectrum in Nov. 27 at the latest. Also of note. It appears that this 817-824/862-869MHz spectrum is "unassigned" in Canada.

Great News. Starship 39A launch complex is complete.... teapawt.net/aaronburnett/status/21…
Leave it to the media to headline 6 week F9 pause and totally bury the fact that Kiko said 39A is “effectively complete” “we’ve already loaded propellant into the tanks there” “as we get into mid-December we’re going to be getting ready for the first starship launch” Starship for Christmas on the cape is very much a possibility
