Then Pete Hegseth's Pentagon: a $620 million loan to Vulcan Elements, the magnet company Donald Trump Jr.'s fund invested in three months earlier — the biggest loan that Pentagon office ever gave. And Venezuelan oil money routed through Qatari bank accounts — $500 million in the first sale alone, more than $13 billion taken in by late July. And Elon Musk?
