O’Shaquie Foster should be the 2026 ‘Fighter of The Year.’ He also deserves a top-10 ranking amongst the best in #boxing today. He did beat what was recognized as the top fighter at 130 pounds on Saturday & did so convincingly. My opinion on the Monday morning. #NavarreteFoster @OshaquieFoster @bobcatjbc @GabeJRivas

I know I typed Wallau but the autocorrect produced Wallace. Alex Wallau. Brilliant #boxing mind, very good color commentator. He was a real boxing person and a friendly guy. He’s very much missed in today’s boxing circles.

Some great fights took place on Saturday afternoons, including Evander Holyfield against Dwight Muhammad Qawi. Also, Mike Tyson fought on a handful of Wide World of Sports telecasts, including the one against Marvis Frazier. It was great to hear Alex Wallace on color commentary. #boxing #History

Lindolfo Delgado will face Arthur Biyarslanov for the vacant IBF junior welterweight title next Saturday in Riyadh. According to Robert Garcia, who trains Delgado, they haven’t received any info. on flights to the Middle East. Robert tells me about the frustration & why it’s important to adjust to the time zone before a fight. #boxing #CaneloMbilli @GarciaBoxing

What did I say about Albert Gonzalez? He scored an impressive knockout win over former two-time world title challenger Edward Vazquez. The sky is the limit ‘Chop Chop.’ My thoughts on the 24-year-old & his outing on Saturday in San Antonio. #boxing #NavarreteFoster @GarciaBoxing @GabeJRivas

O’Shaquie Foster defeated Emanuel Navarrete by decision Saturday at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio. Impressive win and he did so by wanting to make an exclamation point at the end. My thought and a quick cameo by @Sean_Zittel .. #boxing #NavarreteFoster @OshaquieFoster @bobcatjbc @GabeJRivas

O’Shaquie Foster defeats Emanuel Navarrete (40-3-1, 33 KOs) by unanimous decision. Scores were 118-108, 118-108 and 115-111 for Foster, who improves to 26-3, 12 KOs and is now the Ring Magazine junior lightweight champion & now owns the WBC, WBO & IBF unified world titleholder. #boxing #NavarreteFoster @OshaquieFoster

With Foster scoring those 2 knockdowns in round 12, Foster wins that round 10-7. I have Foster winning 116-110 over Navarrete. What a finish by Shock .. #boxing #NavarreteFoster

Down goes Vaquero Navarrete again in round 12. Wow. Foster wants to make a statement in this round. #boxing #NavarreteFoster

Down goes Navarrete from what looked like a right hand in round 12. Damn. Foster is standing in the pocket and trading with Vaquero .. #boxing #NavarreteFoster

Foster outboxes Navarrete and wins round 11. I have him up 106-103. As long as Navarrete doesn’t score multiple knockdowns or Foster remains on his feet in round 12, Foster should win the fight. Optimum word is should .. #boxing #NavarreteFoster

Close round 10. I did shade that to Navarrete. I have Foster up 96-94 heading into the championship rounds. It’s Foster’s fight to lose .. #boxing #NavarreteFoster

Meant to say Foster is up 87-84 over Navarrete through 9 rounds .. #boxing #NavarreteFoster

Foster wins round 9. He outboxed Vaquero Navarrete throughout much of the round. I have Navarrete up 87-84 heading into round 10 .. #boxing #NavarreteFoster

Navarrete had his moments in round 6, but Foster did enough to win the round. He was the sharper and more effective fighter. I have Foster up 58-56 heading into the second half of the fight .. #boxing #NavarreteFoster

Good round 4 for O’Shaquie Foster. He outboxed Vaquero Navarrete during that stanza. I have #NavarreteFoster even, 38-38 going into round 5 .. #boxing

Through two rounds, I have #NavarreteFoster even, 19-19. Foster tripped over Navarrete’s foot during round 2, which sent him reeling against the ropes .. #boxing

This is such an underrated video before a main event of a fight card. Every time Top Rank shows this I and those in the arena get super hyped up. Tonight is no different. Again, I get chills every time I watch ‘This is Boxing’ clip. Props to Top Rank. #boxing #NavarreteFoster @trboxing

Chris Mannix told the media at ringside that Emanuel Navarrete has been told to rewrap his hand-wraps. No word if it came from the Foster camp or the commission saw something and told Navarrete to re-wrap his hands .. #boxing #NavarreteFoster @SIChrisMannix

‘Chop Chop’ Gonzalez did something neither Raymond Ford or Joe Cordina could do and that was to convincingly defeat Edward Vazquez. It took Rafael Espinoza until round 7 to stop Vazquez. Like I said in the video, Gonzalez is a legit contender. #boxing #NavarreteFoster @GarciaBoxing
