So, in the spirit of full transparency, I said there would be an update regarding the second screen. Since end of July /August I've been fighting with Starfocus about the birthday screens, because we were collecting candies so that Yoko and Faye could have their own birthday screens - something individual, from the BBB family (and anyone who wanted to join in). However, Starfocus just kept throwing obstacles in our way. First, you can't have two projects open at the same time - one has to finish before the other can begin. After that project was completed, there was no restock of the MBK (the same screen Yoko received). The manager assured us we didn't need to worry. But time was running out, so we looked at other options - maybe a different [screen] would be suitable for the birthday. Screens were in stock and available to redeem, but each one had to be confirmed individually for availability, so that meant more days of uncertainty. And yesterday I got the final answer: in October they have no free slots at all, and it would be better to move it to another month. (Below are a few fragments of all the conversations.) My surprise was massive - going from "don't worry" to "there's no space" - total shock and frustration. But a promise was made. BBB takes promises seriously. Faye will get her birthday screen like Yoko did... And as always, I'm deeply moved, because I know I'm the one who took the risk with these individual screens, and the blame falls on me. But the BBB family - Precious Voting - Starfocus team didn't leave me alone with the financial problem. They jumped in to help right away, and within a single day everything was sorted. And BBB keeps proving that we honor our promises. The MBK is being ordered. The date is set. The only difference between the two LED screens: Yoko's goes through Starfocus, which means it stays on display in the Starfocus showcase for viewing. Faye's screen, on the other hand, will be through a different company/platform, so it will only be available on the timeline and live on-site. Someone is making trouble with the screens, so now there will have to be a gap of a few months between the redeem and the actual delivery. That's why, as you've probably noticed, I've reserved (redeemed) another screen - which is why some candies disappeared from the jar... remember when I said we were planning something...? BBB, when they promise something, they make it happen. Thank you once again for your understanding and support, my Voting – Starfocus Team. I told you I love you guys, right? I think I did - if not: LOVE YA. 💛 #FayeYoko #FayePeraya #YokoApasra #ฝ้ายโยโกะ #babebies #starfocus #BabeBieCanDoThisAllDay
