The C9 drama yesterday shows once more, Ubi must do more to protect players/teams. Orgs rn can do whatever they want and ubi doesnt care. Minimum we need: - fair R6Share that goes directly to the players (make it minimum 20%) - quarterly check on orgs if they payed salaries, price money etc, otherwise ubi should hold any price money and pay it directly to the players to cover owed money - enforce contract end dates are always at the beginning of transfer windows and not 2 days after it closes (this fucked over players before) This is the absolute minimum... there should be minimum salaries (maybe based per region), guaranteed money/buyout clauses, etc But I doubt ubi would ever go that dee into it. But something has to change. last year we had multiple orgs not paying their teams, we have players working for basically nothing, players getting fucked over by orgs over and over again... In the past months I talked directly to multiple Ubi guys and they are super nice and wanna help but they cant because there are no rules in place at all. Orgs have full power and ubi does anything to make them happy.
