New account. Deleted my old one after getting too depressed from #buildingsafetycrisis, but back as need to highlight even more issues with #helptobuy

@thamesclippers fed up. There’s bunch of us waiting freezing (literally) and boat goes straight past. Because it’s to small. This happens every time at the timetables 19.51 from London Bridge. This never happened before it became @Uber - it’s the only way home. It’s freezing.

Even the staff are on outside and said it’s been since Uber took over. We are freezing. This will more than double the journey length, and it’s minus 1. There’s families here with babies in prams. Put on a proper boat or don’t offer it all!!

Mean while two normal sized boats to North Greenwich turn up, completely empty. Sort it out.

Okay, that's it. I don't understand how a Conservative Chancellor can preside over marginal rates like this. Makes no sense to me.

This is evidence that builders cannot be trusted and that inspections (building and planning) are not sufficient to ensure they are.
A council has ordered 2 apartment blocks in South East London to be demolished for breaching planning conditions - despite tenants having already moved in. The £36 million Mast Quay development in Woolwich is 'substantially different' to the approved plans, Greenwich Council said. The developer plans to appeal.

We all know this… don’t buy new builds. @graingerplc director highlighting no requirement to build for the long term. No wonder a 1700 house is standing stronger than 6 year old flats and homes. #Buildingsafetycrisis

#HELPTOBUY - How do you prove its paid off? we're unable to remortgage, borrow more/sell, as @santanderuk systems say we haven't. This has been going on for months - not that you can ever get through to anyone @santanderukhelp, whenever you do you start whole process again

This is a shocking article. Seems more concerned with traffic than (judging by the images car position) that a “driver” has smashed into a 60yr old killing them. @NorwichCycling #cyclinguk @WeAreCyclingUK #dangerousdriving @gcntweet #cyclingdeath

@British_Airways when your return flight to Heathrow is delayed (3 hour delay on way out as well) and the alternative airlines later flight boards before you…. BA crap as always.

Let’s play a game - how many films can I watch before a BA flight actually takes off? What’s the record we reckon? 3? @British_Airways #britishairways

One down… 3hrs delay and counting, what to watch next? #britishairways

A distraction to drivers… I know this area well, drivers should get off their phones, drive to the limits & conditions. If distracted by this to cause an accident- probably shouldn’t be driving. Everyone thinks they’re @edsheeran driving @ 90mph down country lanes

What stops me #cycling in #Bromley? 🚲 Lack of safe infrastructure, with woeful lack of segregated #cycle lanes 🚙 Aggressive drivers close passing 🚙 Excessive speeding 🚲 Lack of secure cycle parking hubs in towns despite empty shops, some owned by LBB surveymonkey.co.uk/r/LondonC…

750 flats built by @BarrattHomes are also worthless. Subsidence, missing fire barriers & flammable insulation. Thousands of lives on hold & suffering emotional torment, just because @Barrattplc and the freeholder (@AvivaUK) can save money. @BBCNews bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lo…

It's not just slipping away; if realised, it often ruins lives. You're my MP, @Keir_Starmer, and you won't speak up over my shoddy new build! I've been emotionally and financially abused by the developer and warranty provider. Speak up, Starmer; fight for fairness!
It's not right that the dream of homeownership is slipping away from families and young people across the country. My Labour government will set a target of 70% homeownership. We will build more houses and build a better Britain. That can start tomorrow, with your vote.

Our huge 7m x 3m sign has arrived and we're about to go hang it. I hope it brings publicity to the #BuildingSafetyCrisis fight we all face. Emotion embarrassingly got the better of me in the video but @michaelgove and @Keir_Starmer come see our sign and end the years of abuse.
