I am pleased to share our latest publication in Frontiers cardiovascular medicine on anemia implications in patients undergoing Impella supported HRPCI. This paper sheds light on moderate to severe anemia as an independent predictor of worse outcomes in these patients and raise awareness on optimized anemia management and tailored intervention in these patients. A huge thank you to my colleagues at #CRF cardiovascular research foundation and #Abiomed team. frontiersin.org/journals/carโ€ฆ

Despite early reperfusion following primary #PCI, ~20% of #STEMI patients go on to develop #HF. This latest #JSCAI article highlights the impact of #SSO2 Therapy on a key predictor of #HF, #MVO, in anterior #STEMI patients (pooled analysis of 9 studies): lnkd.in/eJuxEevE

People have no idea, really no idea, how much of an impenetrable bubble Israel is, and how much of a success it is in terms of isolating its citizens from the outside world, or humanity, really. The people you see getting water-cannoned tonight in Tel Aviv will put on uniforms tomorrow and kill a million Palestinians if that's what they're told. No questions asked. And they will feel victims while doing it, and they will come back home and make videos of why you are antisemites. Oh and they are Israel's left wing. The most liberal Zionists, and actual socioeconomic nobility. They are the alternative to the radical right. But hey, seeing the States and the UK, maybe the entire West is undergoing Spontaneous Synchronized Insanity

Iโ€™m going fucking mad. Thatโ€™s the only explanation. I just had an Israeli colleague write me that if it takes 1000 dead Gazans dead to save one Israeli hostage then she supports this with a whole heart. Sheโ€™s a physician. She accused me of supporting Hamas and turning against her
