The absolute greatest pleasure of my job isn’t bringing new life into the world (though people often think it is) it’s days like today when you’re just the right midwife to see that family at that point. Happy #IWD2021 to all those in the service of women. It’s an unending joy 🥰

So @HarlowCouncil sheeted my roof, it’s leaking (being fixed apparently) it’s clearly not working as I’ve got a 5th leak. I’ve emailed/called for 2 weeks & been ignored! They want us just to keep waiting until ‘April’ despite no1 confirming this is the actual date for replacement

And just like that, it's over. Final essay results are in, and year 3 is completed. I've worked the required number of placement hours, and my placement record is signed off. I just need to get a job, and I'll be a midwife.
