Beginning at 7 a.m. Wednesday, October 14, eastbound 13th Ave. S. will be reduced to one lane of traffic between Gateway Dr. S. and 25th St. S. to allow for water infrastructure repairs. The lanes are expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Wednesday, October 14.

Beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, October 5, southbound and northbound 35th St. N. will be reduced to one lane in each direction between 7th Ave. N. and 12th Ave. N. for asphalt surface repairs. The lanes are expected to fully reopen by end of the day Thursday, October 8, 2026.

Beginning at 7 a.m. Friday, October 2, eastbound 13th Ave. S. will be reduced to one lane of traffic between Gateway Dr. S. and 25th St. S. for water infrastructure repairs to be completed. The lanes are expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Friday, October 2.

Beginning at 8:00 a.m. Thurs., October 1, southbound Broadway will be closed between 29th Ave. N. and 28th Ave. N. for water infrastructure repairs. Traffic will be detoured to 28th Ave. N. via 7th St. N. The lane is expected to fully reopen by end of the day Thurs., October 1.

Beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, September 22, eastbound 13th Ave. S. will be reduced to one lane between Gateway Dr. S. and 27th St. S. for water infrastructure repairs to be completed. The lanes are expected to fully reopen by the end of the day on Tuesday, September 22.

Beginning at 7 a.m. Wednesday, September 9, eastbound 13th Ave. S. will be reduced to one lane between Gateway Dr. S. and 27th St. S. to allow for water infrastructure repairs to be completed. The road is expected to fully reopen by end of the day Wednesday, September 9.

Beginning at 7 a.m. Tues., Sept. 1, Roberts St. N. will be closed between NP Ave. and 2nd Ave. N. for street repair. Detour signs will be posted. The paving project is expected to be completed, and the street reopened by the end of the day Fri., Sept. 4.

9th Ave. S. is now open to traffic between 38th St. S. and 40th St. S. Westbound traffic will continue to be shifted to the center lane until the end of the day Monday, August 24.

Beginning Monday, August 17, 9th Ave. S. will be closed between 38th St. S. and 40th St. S. to allow for water infrastructure repairs. Please follow posted detours. The road is expected to fully reopen by end of the day Monday., August. 24.

Beginning on Monday, August 17, the eastbound and westbound lanes of 70th Ave. S. will be reduced to one lane in each direction between University Dr. S. and 14th St. S. for asphalt surface repairs. The lanes are expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Friday, August 21.

UPDATE: Due to the repair of a water main gate on 9th Ave. S., the Public Works Department will need to perform asphalt surface repairs starting Thursday morning, Aug. 13. The road is now expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Friday, August 14.

Beginning Wed., August 12, 9th Ave. S. will be closed between 38th St. S. & 40th St. S. for water infrastructure repairs. Westbound traffic will be detoured to 13th Ave. S. Eastbound traffic will be detoured to 2nd Ave. S. The road is expected to reopen by end of the day.

Beginning at 8 a.m. Tuesday, July 28, the northbound lanes of 42nd St. S. will be reduced to one lane between 49th Ave. S. and 47th Ave. S. for concrete surface repairs to be completed. The road is expected to fully reopen by end of the day Friday, July 31, 2026.

Beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, July 28, westbound 13th Ave. S. will be closed between 17th St. S. and 18th St. S. for water infrastructure repairs. Westbound traffic will be shifted to the center lane. The road is expected to fully reopen by end of the day Tuesday, July 28.

Beginning Mon., July 27, both eastbound & westbound lanes of 1st Ave. N. will be reduced to one lane in each direction between 25th St. N. and 29th St. N. for asphalt surface repairs to be completed. The lanes are expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Fri., July 31.

Beginning Thursday, July 23, westbound 13th Ave. S. will be closed to traffic between 17th St. S. and 18th St. S. for water infrastructure repairs. Westbound traffic will be shifted to the center lane. The road is expected to fully reopen by end of the day Thursday, July 23.

Wednesday, July 15, the eastbound lanes of 52nd Ave. S. will be reduced to one lane between 31st St. S. and 27th St. S. for concrete surface repairs. The lane is expected to fully reopen by end of the day Thursday, July 16.

Monday, July 13, the southbound lanes of 25th St. S. will be reduced to one lane of traffic between 12th Ave. S. and 13th Ave. S. to allow for concrete surface repairs to be completed. The lanes are expected to fully reopen by end of the day Tuesday, July 14.

Beginning Mon., July 13, eastbound lanes of 13th Ave. S. will be reduced from 13 1/2 St. S. to 11th St. S. Northbound University Dr. S. will also be reduced to one lane from 14th Ave. S. to 13th Ave. S. for asphalt surface repairs. The lanes are expected to reopen Fri., July 17.

Beginning June 30, the eastbound lane of 12th Ave N will be closed & traffic will be shifted into the center turn lane between 19th and 17th St N. The closure will allow a crane to be parked on 12th Ave N to work on a nearby building. The closure will be in place for one day.
