In my third year of training Kaniya Johnson ‘22 of WKHS, she continues to impress. Holding SC #1 Indoor for the past two years 7.55 60m, 24.68 200m & 39 300m, Kaniya ran 7.61 in a photo finish against former University of Miami Aiyanna Stiverne at CIU 11/21/20.

Shia-la Chaplin ‘21 now at River Bluff HS returned to the Fast Forward family after a non-running injury and picking up where she left off. Jumping an 18-1 at the CIU College Meet taking 2nd. Also made the 60m finals. (Turned Down West Point’s interest and is currency Unsigned)

WKHS Ty Trapp ‘22 was jumping 19s in middle school without consistent training. I am excited to see how Ty develop now with Fast Forward TC as it translate over to the school season. Watch out for this athlete.

10th grader Bryanna Thompson at WKHS competing at CIU’s Rams Meet on 11/21/20 College Level meet. Representing Fast Forward TC, Bryanna competed in the 60m, 200m and 400m. Keep working and trust the Developmental Process.

On a Journey!! After taking off a year after Graduating from WKHS, Kionee Campbell is serious about pushing his limits. Now enrolled at NC A&T, a high standard must be achieved to make the top HBCU T&F Program. Mission Accepted. Day 1 at the CIU Rams Meet 11/21/20.
