Children remain one of the most overlooked groups in South Africa's #TB response. In 2024, an estimated 22,000 children developed #TB in the country, yet many are still diagnosed too late or missed entirely. @WHOSouthAfrica estimates that around 39% of children with #TB are not captured by the health system, leaving thousands without the care they need.
