So glad this weekend is over. I’ve been in agony all weekend. Hernias weren’t playing nice, and dealing with pain and swelling with another issue. Have to call a specialist in the morning on the second thing to see if I can get an appointment. And would it be out of line to ask the specialist for a referral to a surgeon to remove the offending body part that is causing all the pain? I can easily live without it with no issues.

Whale scale Thursday. Had a gain this week. 4.1. Not horrible. Could be a number of things. All easily fixable. Still down 20, and my clothes fit better. On to week 18.

12 years ago today. CN2838 leads a work train on the NS Conemaugh line. It will pull into West Tarentum yard about a mile east of here. Foreign power leading on this line is rare because it is a cab signal line and most trains get an NS leader put on at Conway yard.

I hope Riley Herbst is ok. He took 2 hard hits in the wreck. The 2nd one off the inside wall was absolutely brutal.

I get you want to stay on the lead lap, but there is 10 to go at Talladega and both lines are so far up your ass, they can see your tonsils. That is 100% on Chastain.
