Last week I spent >1day trying to send some doc to @BarclaysUK via their online portal (which is broken, no upload button), I phoned and got hung up on, I emailed and I spoke to a person via chat, who sent us a link which didn't work. Today our business account is restricted.
It's ridiculous that you don't have a failsafe in your UX and @Barclays would rather restrict users and risk breaking a CX, than offer a simple solution, such as an email address.. π€¦ββοΈ smh.. π‘
