Remote workers, I hate to admit this, but I think reality is beginning to set in.
Remote job opportunities have reduced, and if we don't prepare for what's coming, a lot of us will struggle financially.
Let's be honest. Many of the opportunities available today are freelance gigs. Some last months, some last a few years, but not all of them offer long-term security.
That's why diversifying your income is more important now than ever.
If you're a remote worker who spends money anyhow because you believe another job will always come, please wake up.
Your current income is not guaranteed to last. Build other income streams while you still have the money to do so.

At some point in your journey, you’ll realize freelancing can’t be the goal.
There has to be more.
Whenever that time comes, I hope you have it in you to be honest with yourself.

It’s funny how much you can achieve when you put off your phone and don’t open every notification.

When you’re praying for a job, don’t forget to pray for sweet and peaceful clients too.
Let me tell you, I’ve been lucky to work with some really peaceful clients, and I’m so grateful for that.
My current client, the way this woman vibes with me ehn! 😭😭
Today is supposed to be her resting day because we don’t work on weekends, but guess what? This woman still reached out just to gist with me. We even got to the point where she had to use voice notes.😊
Woo! Working with sweet clients is such a beautiful experience. 🥹❤️
But please, never take their kindness for granted. Do your job well, be professional, and give them every reason to keep appreciating you. ✌️❤️
