Hi all! For a little while, I'd been considering making a dedicated Pokémon GO account since I was interested in becoming more involved with the community. Even though the game seems to be in an awful state and Silph grassroots tournaments have come to a close, (cont'd)
I haven't been on twitter a lot following recent "developments" in my country, but I wanted to come back and share that for the first time ever I'm ranked on the first page of GBL Leaderboards!!!
ALT Reaching 2,653 elo in the GO Battle League
ALT Goated un-washed battler Fbarnes ranked 45th place worldwide
happy to make a decent leaderboard appearance today before great league returns and destroys my elo 💀 thank you for your service, master league 🫡

is it just me or has the GBL legendary rate gone back up? I've caught more legendaries from GBL in the last week than in the 8 months before it... 🤔

Do you expect any announcement for Pokémon GO at the WCS 2024 closing?
It seems that the Dynamax encounter animations are finally ready. We have the red clouds (and no, it’s not the Akatsuki). Not all Pokémon have an animation yet, but we've already found the Kanto starters and their respective evolutionary lines.
We're checking which other Pokémon have a Dynamax animation, we'll post as soon as we're done 😉
