Poor day today for the lads, after a 6 week break thanks to the class weather recently, we lost our top of the table game 0-6 to a very organised Earlstown.

Having experienced issues with our kit, we're fortunate to have a generous home sponsor in @cargo_overseas who allowed us to order a new one. We'd seen kits made by @SKkits2 elsewhere so decided they were a decent option. Over the moon with the end results, seriously recommended!

This morning's scheduled game at home V Reddish Pirates is off due to waterlogged pitches
The lads maintain their decent mid season form with their 3rd win in a row with a 5-2 win at home over Wigan Town. Goals from Dave Smith (a 40 yarder I hasten to add) Chris Sheridan, Si Wells, Roberto Girardi and Mike Dalzell.

Start the new year as you mean to go on. PLS earned a hard fought 2-0 away win this morning against a very dogged Govan Athletic. A penalty from Craig Council and a late strike from Simon Wells secured all three points as Platt Lane climb to second in the league table

We earned a very hard fought for win today against @GovanAthletic Vets team. A heavy pitch played its part in making the game as difficult as possible but Platt Lane managed to earn a solid 5-0 win courtesy of goals from Dave Elliott, Si Wells (2), Chris Sheridan and Neil Wilson
