I'm 30.
I've worked on oil rigs, climbed corporate ladders, & hustled as a freelancer—and still had no clue what I wanted to do with my life.
Then I found Robert Greene's book Mastery and everything clicked.
Here are his 3 steps on how to find your "Life's Task":
Ad Giant WPP Uses AI to Make Ads SUPER Fast!
WPP, a massive advertising company, is using highly intelligent AI to change how ads are done.
Now, brand powerhouses like Coke and L'Oreal can get amazing ads in record time!
AI that can write catchy phrases, make videos, and even create talking ads!
Saving companies huge amounts of money.
Some worry that AI might take jobs from humans in the ad industry.
True some will adapt and thrive...
...and most will struggle.
As we enter this new world of AI-made ads, we need to think about both the good and the bad.

☕️ I just read a juicy interview about how AI is already shaking up the news business.
Writing headlines, long & short form stories, and even recommending articles behind the scenes.
But here's the catch: AI's quality is like a coin flip.
- Heads, you win big with killer content.
- Tails, you spam readers and ruin your rep.
It's just like AI in copywriting.
At first, it was hit or miss, but now some of us have cracked the code and consistently produce top-notch copy.
The news industry knows this, which is why AI skills are popping up in job listings for top editorial spots.
So, if you want to climb that newsroom ladder...
...or stay ahead in marketing, AI know-how is becoming a must!
My advice? Start experimenting with AI early.
Look for quick wins like automated transcriptions to save time...
...then think bigger about how AI can help with massive tasks.
Don't aim for the "hard tasks" right away, or you might get discouraged.
Instead, rack up small wins, and you'll feel more confident and find AI solutions to those "hard tasks" much easier. 🦾
🚨 Is AI really coming for Google's search throne?
Navigation queries like "YouTube" or "Amazon" are Google's bread & butter. AI search engines struggle here - taking too long to provide info when all we want is a link.
For real-time info queries like sports scores or weather, AI can't always be trusted. Google's widgets reign supreme.
However, AI shines for "buried info queries" - quickly extracting hard-to-find answers from the depths of SEO.
Explorational searches are where AI could revolutionize the game. In-depth answers & citations beat sifting through pages of links.
But Google's tailored results for queries like "what to watch" show the importance of UI. Chatbots alone aren't enough.
The race is on: Can Google adapt faster than AI startups can evolve into multi-faceted search tools?
What do you think - will AI dethrone Google, or will the search giant stay on top?
Bitcoin to $0? No sympathy from the "I told you so" crowd - "Your fault, your problem."
But if BTC moons? They'll say "It's not fair. I ignored it and didn't want to take a risk, but somehow it's your problem. Give me some."
What's your thought? #BTC
I would argue that the number 1 benefit of holding cash in banks is liquidity.
Why would I hold a large amount of cash in a bank which generates a .00000000001% return?
Mainly because I may need the funds on a quick turnaround.
Here’s an example:
Let’s say I’m buying a condo in Downtown Miami.
The Miami real estate market has been insanely competitive over the last few years since tons of New Yorkers have been escaping the City for good weather and a massive reduction in their tax bill.
A lot of people are throwing down all-cash offers on Miami condos at the moment.
(side note: I don’t know WHERE these people get their money from - it’s truly insane).
Let’s say I'm going to purchase a 2 BR/2BD Downtown for $700,000.
If I’m negotiating with a broker and there’s a bunch of competing offers, I need to be liquid.
When that deal is finalized, I’m going to need that $700,000 fast.
If all my money is locked up in real estate - I can’t just sell a property and get the funds overnight (this could take months).
Or if I have all my money is locked up in a stock portfolio, I can’t just liquidate it and get access to everything overnight. It would be quicker than real estate but it’s still gonna take some time.
Plus…
If we’re looking at it from a tax standpoint, you’re going to get hit with capital gains for liquidating either of these assets.
Therefore having cash on hand makes sense.
Although you lose money due to inflation (and the opportunity cost of not allocating it elsewhere)...
It gives you options that you can exercise at any time.
However, there’s two problems with this model:
1) Banks CAN block your transactions.
I don’t know if this is legal or not but they 100% do it (try to transfer a significant amount of money to Coinbase - GOOD LUCK).
Incentives are not aligned between the bank and the consumer.
Banks are incentivized to keep as much money.
It’s not in the best interest of the bank for you to take a large amount of money out of your account because now they can’t lend it out and generate a return.
Banks can wrap you up in a bunch of “fraudulent spending” claims and other things of that sort which eliminates the speed of the transaction.
2) Banks are not actually that fast by 2024 standards
It still takes several days for a wire transfer to go through (which is absolutely ridiculous btw - it’s not the 1950’s anymore).
Wire transfers don’t go through on weekends which also doesn’t make any sense.
So what’s the point of this whole post?
In the future, I believe crypto will solve these problems.
The issue is that crypto is not really used for many transactions these days (mainly trading and HODL’ing).
Not many people are buying homes with crypto right now (although I HAVE heard of this happening among ultra high networth individuals).
If you have 700K or 10 BTC in a cold wallet, you can send it to a buyer and it arrives in seconds.
There’s no bank who can stop you from sending the money.
There’s also no delay in the transaction.
If speed is the number 1 reason to hold cash…
…and crypto offers far superior speed than the current banking system.
Then it makes a TON of sense to hold crypto instead of holding cash in banks.
However, the banking system has a lot of power and will do whatever it takes to retain the power.
Gonna be a lot of drama going on with this over the coming years.

🚨 NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang drops a bombshell:
"Kids today shouldn't learn how to code."
Some would say this is a MAJOR shift in the game plan for success.
Generations have their own formulas for success:
- 50s-70s: Med school, law school, MBA, or masters
- Late 30s-40s: Learn to code, skip college debt, land a 6-figure job
But with ChatGPT coding faster and better, what "hard skills" will kids need in an AI-dominated future? 🤖
It's time to rethink the path to success.
What do you think are the most crucial skills for the next generation? 🧠
AI: Good or Bad? A New Framework for the Debate
You've heard it before -
"AI is great, it's the future!"
"AI is evil and will take all of our jobs!"
But what do people really mean?
Is AI really evil, or bad for the world?
We want to change how we talk about AI. Forget "good" and "bad." Instead, let's discuss AI in terms of:
- Harmful vs. Helpful
- Capable vs. Incapable
This framework allows us to map various ideas and understand what people truly mean when discussing AI.
My take:
AI is "good" in the sense that it's quite capable and beneficial for efficiency and overall productivity.
Taking many of the tedious and redundant tasks from us with ease.
But it's also "bad" as it's potentially harmful, like
unsolved issues like copyright infringement, job displacement, bias amplification, and risks from misuse may never be fully fixed.
Agree or disagree, at least now you know precisely what I mean.
Your turn.
What do YOU think about AI? Is it helpful or harmful? Capable or incapable?

🚨 BREAKING: House votes 352-65 to force TikTok sale or face US ban! 🇺🇸
The clock is ticking for ByteDance to sell the popular app or risk losing millions of American users.
Rep. Gallagher insists it's not a ban, but a "forced separation" to protect user privacy and national security.
Hmm...
TikTok argues that banning the platform violates free speech rights.
The bill now moves to the Senate, where its fate remains uncertain and in their hands.
What do you think? Should TikTok be forced to sell, or is this a step too far?
Comment below and let's get the conversation started! 👇 #TikTokBan #NationalSecurity #FreeSpeech
Machine Learning = Skynet (The Terminator is learning as you read this) 🤖
Machine Learning is a branch of AI that helps machines learn just like humans.
These machines can be physical robots or virtual like ChatGPT and other LLMs (limited language models). But how do they actually learn?
First, the machine collects a ton of data to learn from. Then, programmers choose a model that determines how it learns, like picking the right tool for a job.
Next, the machine trains by recognizing patterns or making predictions, getting smarter with each iteration.
(We're talking THOUSANDS of reps)
After training, the machine's performance is evaluated and fine-tuned, like a student learning from mistakes.
Once it's well-trained, the machine can make educated guesses or decisions on its own, applying what it has learned to real-life situations.
There are different ways machines learn:
- Supervised Learning: The machine is given examples with correct responses to learn how to answer similar questions in the future.
- Unsupervised Learning: The machine finds patterns and groups in the information on its own, without being told what's right or wrong.
- Reinforcement Learning: The machine learns to make better choices based on feedback, like a reward system.
Machine Learning is revolutionizing various industries, from personalized ads and Netflix recommendations to healthcare diagnostics and treatments.
As the technology advances, we can expect even more mind-blowing AI software in the future.
This isn't just a sci-fi 80's Hollywood concept anymore – Machine Learning is real, and it's changing the world as we know it.
What are your thoughts on this fascinating technology? Do you think a Skynet-type software will become "self-aware?"

That's potentially hundreds of thousands of jobs lost to artificial intelligence!
As AI continues to evolve and improve, more and more jobs are at risk of being automated by these advanced technologies.
But what does this mean for you and your career?
Is your job secure, or could it be the next target for AI takeover?
It's time to assess your skills and prepare to learn new ones.
AI shouldn't scare us.
It should empower us to become better, more efficient, and in many industries doing just that.

AI Takeover Alert: NVIDIA Dethrones Amazon! 👑
In a stunning turn of events, NVIDIA's market cap soared to $1.78T in mid-Feb, leaving Amazon trailing at $1.75T. That's a whopping $30B difference!
Who would've thought a chip maker known for PC graphics cards would outshine the "everything store"?
Wish I had bought NVIDIA stock back then!
But their insane growth isn't surprising. NVIDIA's chips power popular AI apps like ChatGPT, Gemini, and more. They're in high demand, with each server AI chip selling for over $20K!
Tech giants like Microsoft, OpenAI, and Google are buying them in huge quantities - tens of thousands at a time! It's an AI gold rush!
Despite Amazon's shares growing 78% in the past year, they couldn't beat NVIDIA's AI-fueled rise. Analysts predict NVIDIA's sales could hit $59B soon, all driven by AI's booming popularity.
While Amazon isn't going anywhere, it's a sign of how valuable AI has become and how it's reshaping the tech landscape.
But Amazon might have an ace up its sleeve. They invested $4B in Anthropic, the makers of Claude - an AI we love using in our copy processes.
The power shift here is fascinating! Who knows what's next as AI continues to advance in 2024?
What do you think of this "upset" by NVIDIA? Let me know in the comments!
The World's Money Supply is Silently Manipulating Your Investments
Global liquidity drives 📈 = 💰💰
It's the total amount of money sloshing around in the worldwide financial system
Acting as the invisible puppet master, pulling the strings of the world's markets.
It can create booms and busts, making and breaking fortunes in the process.
It's crucial to understand the power of this unseen force and how it can impact asset prices.
Keep an eye on the global money supply, and prepare to allocate accordingly.
I personally have very mixed feelings on the future of crypto.
This isn’t me hating on crypto either…
I’m 100% an advocate of crypto and think it’s vastly superior to the traditional financial system in every way…
However, I have a very hard time believing that crypto is going to completely overhaul major banks, the Fed, and the dollar as the reserve currency…etc.
That's a MAJOR uphill battle.
A general rule of thumb in life is to look at incentives of people calling the shots.
Crypto isn't good for the government.
It makes it harder to collect tax revenue.
It takes away their control (the Fed can’t just print BTC or ETH the way it can print dollars).
On the business side of things, most wealthy business owners that own crypto are young people.
Tech founders, startup owners...etc
You’re not seeing a lot of 60 year old Fortune 500 CEO’s shouting out their support for crypto.
Young money is in crypto…old money is not.
There’s a lot of extremely powerful people who would lose a lot of power if crypto just overhauled everything.
…and those extremely wealthy people will do whatever it takes to stay in power.
(like Jamie Dimon calling BTC a "useless pet rock." He's the CEO of one of the worlds largest banks. OBVIOUSLY he doesn't want crypto to succeed).
In a third world country like El Salvador, I think it makes sense.
In the US…not so much. I’m all for it but I think there’s too many powerful entities that would stop this from happening.
AI is a completely different story.
AI 100% benefits extremely wealthy and powerful people.
AI can be leveraged in military operations (Scale AI just inked a large deal with the Pentagon).
Businesses can run more efficiently and profitably because of AI (while solving a lot of recruiting problems).
It’s in the best interests of wealthy people for AI to make meaningful advances BECAUSE they will make a ton of money off of it.
I think AI is going to continue to sprint forward over the next 18 months and completely change a lot of industries.
…I'm not sure if I can say the same for crypto.
