Unbalanced in the sense that it would make the 1k win capes like 5-10x faster, though if the (modified) fight is challenging enough it might not be so bad.
This is definitely quite an unbalanced solution, however, as an Australian who can't play LMS on less than 250 ping because there aren't enough players to make a single lobby after the bots got banned, it would be a nice alternative.
Maybe a slightly modified fight could work.

Not sure who to tag on this but I was banned on my account “Kobbie” today and I know it is false. I use Chrome Remote Desktop every day at work and am unsure if that triggered anything but I’d like for this to be looked at manually.
