Why is the current series between the @MelbourneAces and the @PerthHeat not found in the @ABL's Baseball+ app?
I was sad when my favourite announcer Michael Dixon @mdixonair left the @MelbourneAces of the @ABL; young @Max_Tanzer does a very good job there as successor. For me the announcer whose work now stands out above that of all others is Eric Balnar @ebalnar of the @AdelaideGiants.
I am pleased to see @lawsonjcx Josh Lawson from House of Lies using his perfect American accent on @StDenisMedical. The annoyance that his pompous character Bruce gives to the beleaguered character Ron played by the great @DavidAlanGrier will be fun to watch.
Hey, @Baseball_Ref, adding a column for WAR to the regular stats is definitely not an "upgrade".

Excellent book "Greatest Summer in Baseball History" by @JohnRosengren says Herman Franks tried to buy Yankees in 1972. Wow! Not in Giants books by Garrett & Treder; not in Franks's @SABR bio. I've not heard it discussed by @GiantsGuru Gary Mintz's NY Giants Preservation Society.
After several months, I cling to hope that @GiantsGuru will mention whether he had ever heard of this.
Today was a great day for bicycling in New York: 32°C (90°F). I comfortably did 60 km (37 mi). I've had several recent days of 100 km (60 mi), so I'm contemplating another 150-km (90-mi) ride to Philly. Would be my fifth, 5 yrs after my last one, and 10 yrs after my first one.
So far it's been a magnificent summer for bike-riding. One week I totalled 425 km (265 mi). But a morning such as this one, with a temperature of only 20 degrees (68 F), is very depressing. So no riding today. I'm hoping for a return to the mid-30s (mid-90s F) in the coming days.

The worst thing about @Audible's use of computer voices is the lack of editing on the finished product. I just listened to a recording that was marred by many errors that a real narrator would not have made.
