Don't just wake up one day and decide to start a construction project without first carrying out a Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA). ✅ The benefits shouldn't be egocentric but ecocentric. 🏞️ Egocentric: Focused on oneself and one's personal interests. Ecocentric: Focused on the well-being of the entire ecosystem, including the neighbourhood, plants, animals, and the natural environment. Build with purpose. Consider the cost. Protect the ecosystem.🌍

Just a few months ago, there was a variation order to build this dwarf concrete blockwall. Now, another variation to break it down, and build up a full wall to contain the sprinkler valves. What a chaotic construction site ! 👀👀
