Digital twins are virtual models of physical entities used to optimize business operations. Success lies in understanding best practices, defining business goals, testing via prototyping, assessing organizational readiness, and adopting an agile approach.

You can read organizational health in how people decide, speak, and follow through. When you build trust, clarify priorities, and keep behavior consistent in daily work, teams waste less energy and move with more shared direction.

What happens when AI becomes faster at scientific discovery than the institutions designed to verify it?
We are entering a paradox.
AI can map proteins, model new materials, analyse massive datasets and accelerate research from years to hours. DeepMind’s AlphaFold mapped more than 200 million protein structures, while AI systems are now being used across drug discovery, climate modelling, physics, agriculture and space research.
But the same systems are also creating a growing integrity problem.
Research audits have identified AI-assisted peer reviews, fabricated citations, synthetic scientific writing and cases where AI-generated “discoveries” still required human experts to determine whether they were scientifically meaningful.
The question is not whether AI will transform science. It already is.
The question is whether we can accelerate discovery without weakening the human judgement, imagination, verification and trust that science depends on.
AI should expand the scientist’s capabilities, not replace scientific responsibility.
In my latest analysis, I explore the opportunities, risks and SWOT of AI in scientific research — and the wider paradox of human-machine evolution.

AI delivers the most value when it becomes part of how teams work together, not just how individuals work faster.
Shared ownership, collaboration, and governance will define the next generation of AI agents.
#HyperagentPartner
Mutliplayer agents are the new default.
Singleplayer is fine for personal productivity, but you'll only get org-level impact if your team owns the agents together.
We just added Team-owned Agents to @hyperagentapp to solve this

@zapier, one of our Bench Summit partners, led a panel discussion on the realities of managing highly influential evaluation signals.
The panel, moderated by Lukas Bergstrom (@lukasb), included insights from Robin Salimans (@SalimansRobin) of Zapier, Greg Kamradt (@GregKamradt) of ARC Prize Foundation, and Shaiyon Hariri of Ramp.
Attendees heard about what defines a successful benchmark, the challenges of maintaining adoption, and critical lessons learned from V1 to V2+.

AI doesn’t learn facts the way humans do. It learns statistical patterns from large amounts of data and uses context to generate the most plausible response.
That means output quality depends heavily on what sits underneath it.

AI can warn a maintenance team that a machine may fail, but McKinsey argues that the opportunity lies in what the organization does next.
A prediction is useful when it changes how maintenance is planned and carried out.
That requires more than a model.
Microblog by @antgrasso
Suppose a warning arrives days before a possible breakdown. The repair still waits because the schedule has not changed or the required part is unavailable. The model has supplied information that the process cannot yet use.
Who can act on that warning while there is still time?
McKinsey estimates potential cost reductions and additional uptime across asset-heavy industries. Its analysis emphasizes redesigning the maintenance process so that insights can influence decisions and lead to timely interventions.
I would put maintenance teams at the center of that redesign, giving them access to information while they are planning work and enough authority to adjust priorities.
