When it comes to understanding how national priorities translate into results, few perspectives are more valuable than those of the people doing the work. Our MPA pioneers explored this with Dr. @Felicienus , Deputy CEO of @GovernanceRw, through a guest lecture on “Planning, service delivery and local government capability", using Rwanda’s "Imihigo"(performance contracts) to examine how homegrown solutions can drive accountability and results. A lesson in what it takes to turn plans into progress.

UPDATE: Dafroza Mukarumongi Gauthier, co-founder of the Collectif des Parties Civiles pour le Rwanda (CPCR), has passed away. The organisation has worked to bring to justice people suspected of involvement in the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi who fled to France. In 2017, President #Kagame awarded Dafroza and her husband, Alain Gauthier, the Igihango National Order of Outstanding Friendship for their contribution to #Rwanda.

Last night, after a successful Africa Mindset Reset Forum, I had the privilege of joining fellow African storytellers and influencers for a conversation with @ASG_Africa President @Francis_Gatare One challenge he left us with has stayed with me: “Go and tell the rest of Africa and the world what Africa’s potential is. Then come back next year and tell us; what mindsets did you change within your audiences?” That’s the assignment. Not just to create content, but to shape perspectives, inspire belief, and tell the stories that move Africa forward.
