$NVDA says it will invest $3B in $META's equity offering as they expand work on Muse AI agents. Meta also plans to expand its NVIDIA infrastructure deployment. When suppliers buy into their customers, I'd watch how much demand they end up financing.

$SNDK reported $11.0B in fiscal Q1 revenue, up 378% from a year earlier, with an 85% GAAP gross margin. Shares fell 13.5% on October 30. The next test is whether those margins hold. More at Archive Invest: archiveinvest.substack.com

I wrote up $NU on October 11 using a $16.12 reference price. It closed at $12.05 on October 29, about 25% lower. The bear case deserves another look: credit quality, currency risk and the assumptions behind the valuation. archiveinvest.substack.com/p…

$META closed at $624.52 on October 29, just below the $625 price of its $25B common-stock offering. The timing matters: the offering uses forward sale agreements. Meta expects no initial proceeds from that sale, with settlement expected by November 19, 2027.

Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan estimates the server CPU market could grow from $40B to more than $200B over five years, largely driven by AI agents. That's a forecast for the whole market, not Intel revenue. Is that estimate too high, too low, or about right? $INTC $AMD $ARM

$AMZN's AWS revenue grew 39% to $46B in Q3. The infrastructure bill is growing too. Amazon reported trailing free cash flow of minus $42.4B. Demand and cash generation are telling different parts of the story. 1/6

Trailing 12-month free cash flow was minus $42.4B, versus plus $14.8B a year earlier. For Q4, Amazon guides to $28.5B to $33.5B of operating income. Those are different measures and periods: quarterly accounting profit can coexist with negative trailing cash flow. 5/6

Jassy said revenue commitments for Graviton and Trainium each grew more than 20x year over year. Commitments aren't recognized revenue. Amazon intends to offer Trainium outside AWS in late 2027. That expansion is still a plan. $AMZN 6/6

Just by listening to what they were talking about in the conference call and hearing that for them it feels like it's all just getting started got me excited tbh teapawt.net/massivemoats/status/21…
I believe $AMZN presents a highly attractive investment opportunity at its current price of $225 per share, given the company’s strong prospects in the decades to come. I am not selling today. This is not financial advice.

Let this day be another lesson. A lesson that tells you that you need to know in what you are investing, and you also need to have a clear reason for why you are investing. teapawt.net/VJNCapital/status/2116…
A good day to find something else to do than checking the portfolio

$INTC's data-center and AI revenue grew 78% to $7.3B in Q3. Its client business fell 5% to $8.1B. Q4 revenue guidance is $15B to $16B. Intel says unlocking more Xeon supply is an immediate priority. Strong server demand and a weak PC market can coexist.

The Fed held rates at 3.75% to 4% on October 28. Two officials wanted a hike: Lisa Cook and Beth Hammack. For AI infrastructure builders, financing still matters. Strong demand doesn't make the cost of capital disappear.

Bloomberg reported on October 28 that $MRVL was in advanced talks to buy $LITE. Lumentum supplies optical components for data centers. A deal would deepen Marvell's exposure to the hardware connecting AI systems. Talks aren't a signed agreement.

$MSFT's Azure grew 48% in the September quarter. $GOOGL's Cloud revenue grew 103%. Both reported on October 28. But growth alone doesn't show what the infrastructure build is doing to cash flow. Three details from the results. 1/4

Google Cloud generated $30.7B in revenue and $11.1B in operating profit. TPU system sales contributed meaningfully to growth. The 103% increase isn't entirely recurring cloud-service consumption. Hardware sales and cloud usage have different economics. 3/4

Alphabet generated $42.3B in operating cash flow but spent $51.4B on property and equipment in Q3. Free cash flow: minus $9.1B. Search revenue grew 12% to $63.4B. The question is how quickly the infrastructure build starts paying for itself. $GOOGL 4/4
