It is with heavy hearts that we must announce the cancellation of the Umamusume: Pretty Derby – 7th EVENT: THE STAGE in LOS ANGELES concerts planned for Oct 22–23, 2026.
Although we have coordinated repeatedly with all parties concerned and explored every possible option in our efforts to make this event happen, we were unable to obtain the necessary visas for entry into the US, so we have come to the painful conclusion that holding the concerts is no longer possible.
To all the Trainers who were eagerly looking forward to the show, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this causes, and for announcing this so close to the event date.
Due to this cancellation, we will process refunds for the following:
・On-site viewing tickets
・Streaming tickets
In addition, we are looking into possible responses to Trainers who were planning to attend the concert in person. This will take some time, so we ask for your patience. Details will be announced on the 7th EVENT WORLD TOUR official website.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this causes to all the Trainers who were eagerly looking forward to the concerts, as well as to the Umamusume cast, partner company staff, and everyone involved who put tremendous effort into making this event happen.

Perfect example of how Logan Paul uses rage bait to shill products. Even a decent casual Tetris player could beat that score on a lucky run, but the only way to “officially” do so is buying a shitty game boy clone from a subdivision of Palmer Lucky’s AI Weapons company.

You distilled HUMANITY. You trained on our knowledge, scanned millions of books and threw the physical copies away.
You built a business on work people spent their lives creating, and charge us for access to the result. But when someone uses YOUR output to build a competitor, suddenly learning from someone else’s work becomes unacceptable.
That knowledge didn’t start with Anthropic. Training a model on it doesn’t make it fucking yours.
Over the last few months, we’ve made significant progress in reducing the effectiveness of distillation attacks against Claude.
In this post, we explain how: anthropic.com/research/disti…

Watching so many old names I haven't seen in 15+ years playing SF4 again is doing so much for me. It feels great man. This rollback mod is a dream.
Hey @majuular, just finished the Ultima Online video, and I must say that, on top of everything else that's great about it, I'm personally impressed you made it through a four and a half hour discussion about an MMO without mentioning World of WarCraft.
Bravo.

Star Wars: Galactic Racer is a gorgeous game that's nominally about racing, but also features an awful lot of vehicular homicide, dodgy backstage deals, and explosions. So many explosions.

Neiman Marcus closed its downtown Dallas flagship yesterday. The store played a notable role in the history of desegregation in Dallas during the 1960s.
Previously, Black shoppers across the US could enter department stores, but they weren't allowed to try on clothes before purchasing without adhering to certain conditions. For instance, they had to try on clothes over their clothes, put on protective covers when trying on hats, or weren't allowed to make returns once they purchased clothes and brought them home. These policies stemmed from the racist fear that white customers would refuse merchandise previously worn by Black shoppers.
The downtown Neiman Marcus flagship was one of the first major Dallas businesses that broke with these practices. In 1961, the company desegregated its Zodiac Room, a swanky restaurant frequented by Dallas elites. Neiman Marcus later welcomed Black shoppers without restrictions. These victories were achieved through the efforts of Civil Rights activists, along with support from Neiman Marcus president Stanley Marcus, who was an early advocate for desegregation in Dallas. The Neiman Marcus store manager purportedly warned Marcus that he would ruin his business — and indeed, some shoppers closed their accounts — but he stuck with his decision.
At the time of the flagship's closure, the Main Street store had been open for 112 years.
AOC: What the elite want—and they’re already planning for it—is to hoard all of the resources for themselves as the world gets more and more physically unstable.
And in an environment of AI, they want to wipe out all of our livelihoods. They want to make sure none of us have jobs, and they want to keep all the spoils of those riches while consuming and burning energy at a pace that is completely unsustainable.
