Every American should be outraged by what Trump has done to our nation's 250th birthday celebration. What should have been a once-in-a-generation moment to unite the country has been turned into another vehicle for division, propaganda, and political gain.
We uncovered how he hijacked America 250 – watch to see how.

When the Supreme Court allowed immigration agents to consider race during sweeps, Justice Brett Kavanaugh said that citizens shouldn’t be concerned because agents will “promptly let the individual go.”
For these Americans, that wasn’t true.

If you protest ICE, they’ll use lethal force against you.
But if you defraud workers, patients, and taxpayers out of hundreds of millions—and donate to the GOP—Trump will just hand you a pardon. No restitution. No consequences. Victims get nothing.
Do you think YOU would get a pardon for fraud?

💡With Epstein the constraint was self-preservation. That's how power systems behave when enforcement threatens the system itself. If the same amount of evidence+time+resources was committed to a socially expendable group, we would have convictions/asset seizures/life sentences.

If they had hit an ICE agent instead of a protestor....there wouldn't be a minor to bring for questioning.

Under anti-commandeering, the federal government can't force states or cities to use their officers/resources to enforce federal law. Printz v. US, Murphy v. NCAA, AZ v. US all confirm immigration enforcement is a federal lane.
So threatening Minneapolis for not doing ICE’s job isn’t “enforcing the law”, it’s disregarding with the 10th Amendment.
Alex Pretti violated federal law, resisted arrest, did not disclose that he was carrying a firearm, and an agent yelled "he's got a gun!". Guess what? Ya still can't unalive him! I mean you could, but those factors alone do not justify lethal force. Pesky laws are so annoying!
