🌟 Discovery Dash was a great success! 🌟
Year 8 students from @Huxlow and @FerrersSchool participated in activities on the 16th and 17th of July that helped them develop essential transferable skills, explore higher education options, and enrich their curriculum experiences.
On Day 1, students took part in water based and problem solving activities including canoeing and raft building at @northamptonactv
On Day 2, students were engaged in a workshop delivered by Syeda our schools engagement ambassador on her education journey to university being a first generation student. As well as Rachel from @ResilientMeUK delivering workshops for mental health awareness, building resilience, accelerated learning skills and personal development.
A big thank you to Northampton Active for hosting us on Day 1, and to Resilient Me and Syeda for delivering engaging workshops on resilience and motivation. Your support made this event truly special!
