At AA we had these, but because we were an airline you could send desk to desk anywhere in the world in 36 hours, 7 days a week. Domestic usually same day if you walked it to the box by noon.

A @UTAustin study published on Sept. 9 revealed that over 60% of cities receive more rainfall than nearby rural areas due to urbanization, which creates rapid heating and more convection. However, Austin’s location and triangular growth formation weaken storms when they reach the city’s center, resulting in less rainfall than other cities.

FlightAware has a page up tracking the UPS planes loaded with iPhones heading to the US for Friday’s launch.
Assuming roughly 300,000 iPhones fit a 747-8F, just one group planes near Alaska was hauling $2,330,200,000 ($2.3 billion) worth of iPhones this morning.
