Not a day goes by that you are not in my thoughts! So many times I want to tell you about something I know we would have both laughed at! One of the greatest guys to have ever walked this earth!

This year has been a lesson, to be cautious who you trust, some peoples intentions may not be quite what they seem!
My mental health was challenged and I felt the need to take a step back from something that has always been my happy place!
I have questioned a lot of things and my guard has been up!

Grief is fuckin hard and there is no right or wrong way to feel!
Anyone struggling with this tragic news about Liam know you are not alone!
After the loss of Mark Sheehan from my favourite band I know how much it hurts and also know how most people won’t understand your grief.
Some will even try to tell you that you can’t grieve someone you didn’t know
But you are entitled to feel how you feel.
Share memories, share stories but most of all be kind to each other!
You never know what’s happening behind closed doors or how your words can impact someone
