No city, including New York City, will be allowed to discriminate against White People in housing. The DOJ will stop them
“We will have a zero tolerance policy in this administration towards any kind of housing action that in any way discriminates against people on the basis of race or other protected characteristics. And race includes being a White Person in the United States.”

Civil Rights Coalition Asks U.S. Attorney to Investigate Attorney General Grants
Boston, MA. . .Today, Toby Leary, the Chairman of The Civil Rights Coalition, is asking U.S. Attorney Leah Belaire Foley to investigate Attorney General Andrea Campbell’s grant to the Coalition to Prevent Gun Violence and its connection to the newly formed ballot committee “Yes for a Safe Massachusetts.” Both entities are organized by the same person, Ruth Zakarin.
“Our tax dollars are not supposed to be used for political campaigns. I find it hard to believe that Zakarin receives a huge grant from the Attorney General’s office and, within weeks, opens a ballot campaign account. It is too coincidental. That’s why today we are asking for the U.S. Attorney to take a deep dive into the books for both organizations,” said Leary.
According to an April 7th press release issued by Attorney General Campbells’ office, Ruth Zakarin is the CEO of the Massachusetts Coalition to Prevent Gun Violence and her organization was awarded a $50,000 grant. Records filed with the Office of Campaign and Political Finance on May 9th show Zakarin to be the Chairman of “Yes for a Safe Massachusetts.”
The Civil Rights Coalition is asking for the U.S. Attorney to investigate bank statements along with communications between the Attorney General’s office, the new ballot committee, and Gun Violence Coalition.
“Our organization is striving to restore law-abiding residents their 2nd Amendment rights, and now we must work to protect our tax dollars from being abused,” said Leary.
The Civil Rights Coalition filed a complaint with the State Ethics Commission over a month ago. The recent response to their complaint was that there are no “conflict of interest law violations.”
“We did not suggest there was a conflict of interest. We believe there is an inappropriate funneling of tax dollars to a political organization. It is disappointing that the State Ethics Commission will not act. Fortunately, we can seek help from the U.S. Attorney’s office,” said Leary.
“Whether an elected official agrees or disagrees with an issue, it doesn’t give them the right to funnel money to a political organization,” said Leary. “We have seen Campbell ignore the will of the voters with the legislative audit ballot question, so it is extremely feasible she is once again putting her agenda ahead of the voters.”

From me the non profit I run
📢 Statement from the President of NAAGA of New England, Inc.
As President of NAAGA of New England, Inc., I’m proud to lead the only organization of its kind in Massachusetts — a 503(c)(1) tax-exempt nonprofit committed to Second Amendment education, community empowerment, and public safety.
We’re not just here to talk. We’re here to show up.
That means being present in our urban neighborhoods — Roxbury, Dorchester, Mattapan, Hyde Park, and Jamaica Plain — and providing critical resources to the next generation.
🛡️ What’s coming:
•Firearm safety education
•Stop the Bleed emergency response training
•Archery programs for youth
•Family-friendly community events
•And most importantly, honest conversations about rights, safety, and responsibility.
We believe in bridging the gap — not widening it.
That’s why we’re ready to work with the Boston Police Department, the Massachusetts State Police, and local elected officials to become a trusted liaison between law enforcement and our communities.
But let’s be clear: this partnership won’t come without accountability.
Massachusetts’ Chapter 135 is a dangerous overreach — and we will not stand by while it punishes the very people it’s supposed to protect. We will continue to fight for its repeal and push back against policies that make it harder for law-abiding citizens to defend themselves.
This is about more than gun rights — it’s about civil rights, equal access, and community trust.
Let’s build something better for Boston — together.
Signed,
Nolan Howard
President, NAAGA of New England Inc.

Not every shooting is a mass shooting—but the media wants you to think it is.
When 12 people were shot at a party in North Carolina, headlines instantly labeled it a mass shooting. But this wasn’t a random attack. It was gang violence. Personal. Targeted. Intentional.
📽️: youtu.be/IsdFkq2L5h0
So why lump it in with tragedies like Uvalde or Vegas? Because fear sells. And fear makes people easier to manipulate.
In this video, I break down how the media—and the anti-gun lobby—intentionally blur the lines between street violence and mass shootings to inflate numbers, stoke panic, and push for more gun control. It’s not just dishonest… it’s dangerous.
📉 Real solutions require real context.
🎯 But they don’t want context—they want control.

How can the state of Massachusetts mandate “live fire” requirements at gun ranges — when officials have never visited the 6 public ranges and the 90% of gun clubs that are private throughout the Commonwealth?
If you’re going to regulate us, at least take the time to understand us.
Before you issue mandates, talk to the people. Visit the spaces. Understand the challenges. Anything less is policy built on assumptions — not reality.
Now, the state is holding a public hearing that affects all of us:
⸻
The Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, in consultation with the Department of Criminal Justice Information Services, has scheduled a public hearing on the proposed regulations:
•501 CMR 19.00 – Registration of Firearms
•501 CMR 20.00 – Serialization of Firearms
This is your chance to speak up. Be heard. Be present.

The Fight to Repeal Chapter 135 Just Got Clearer. And Dirtier.
2 Very Important Updates
Update #1:
A Taxpayer-Funded Opposition Emerges
Already called you an “Extremist”
The Fight to Repeal Chapter 135 Just Got Clearer. And Dirtier.
Today, a progressive organization called the Massachusetts Coalition to End Gun Violence—a group that was one of ten organizations to split an initial $1 million in taxpayer funds from Attorney General Andrea Campbell—officially launched a ballot campaign committee to oppose our repeal efforts.
Their committee's name? “Yes for a Safe Massachusetts.”
In their very first statement, their spokesperson Ruth Zakarin referred to you and me as “EXTREMISTS.” So much for our open invitation to engage in a civil, facts-based debate about violent crime and civil rights. They're already getting nasty.
FOLLOW THE MONEY – YOUR MONEY
The Civil Rights Coalition is not surprised that a competing ballot committee was formed. We are surprised—and outraged—that the same organization who formed the Ballot Committee, recently received a minimum of $50,000 of your tax dollars (on April 7, 2025) (awarded by Attorney General Andrea Campbell, who has committed an additional $100,000/month for the next two years to groups like this).
We never expected that our own taxpayer money would be used against us, the taxpayers, to try and influence a Statewide Ballot Question.
Let that sink in:
Massachusetts Taxpayer Dollars are being used to defeat a Citizens’ Ballot Question.
A blatant conflict of interest with tax dollars being funneled thru a series of progressive political organizations within Massachusetts!
This must be investigated by the US Attorney immediately.
Read the Attorney General’s announcement here: AG Campbell Distributes $1 Million in Grants
This funding arrangement would never pass the Red Face Test—and likely won’t pass a legal or ethical one either. It’s ethically wrong, morally wrong, and possibly a violation of law.
BLOCKING DEMOCRACY
Let’s not forget:
Governor Healey signed an Emergency Preamble 71 days after Chapter 135 passed—intentionally blocking our right to suspend the law until the 2026 election.
Meanwhile, the Attorney General has refused to support the will of 95,000 voters who followed every legal step under the Massachusetts Constitution. They ignore the voter’s vote on Question #1, Declare a “State Emergency” to prevent suspension from our Citizen Petition… their steam rolling over of voter and resident civil rights continues! Have they no shame or decency?
We Have the People. They Have the Propaganda.
Good, fair-minded people across Massachusetts will see through their slick marketing and taxpayer-funded messaging. We trust voters to make the right choice.
