Det antages, at 15-25 % af alle 🇩🇰 kvinder og 7-12 % af mænd får en depression i løbet af livet og ca 500.000 danskere lider af stress. For bl.a. at forebygge dette, gør jeg en lang række ting og en af dem er at skrive dagbog. Og det har hjulpet!

9 out of 10 people with a grade 5 ACJ injury can recover well without the need for surgical stabilisation! No difference between function and outcome than grade 3 injury and 96% returned back to sport!
