Robert Pattinson says "I'm so happy" that Steven Soderbergh has stepped in to finish "The Batman 2" filming after Matt Reeves' exit.
“It’s incredibly generous of him – and he’s doing it in the loveliest way. It’s completely selfless. I think Matt had put so much work into the script, and we’re almost done. So for someone to come in and say, ‘I just want to help Matt do it; I want to do it in conjunction with him and just get it to the edit.’ And to have someone who’s as talented as Steven doing it is great.”
When asked when filming would start up again, Pattinson responded: “I think they’re in production already. And I’m starting in a couple of days.” (via GamesRadar+)

Pedro Pascal says “you have to eat sh*t” to make it in Hollywood:
"That’s part of it. It’s a huge part of it for me, because it forms character, hopefully in the direction of knowing how to treat other people and protecting the value of generosity, because it comes around. There isn’t any way I would be here were it not for the generosity of others who have been there for me. I owe it to all the people in my life. I wouldn’t know where to begin. It’s a population of people that I owe things to."

“They just needed to be friends. They're both so awesome and so cool...they're both extremely detailed producers. Know exactly what they want to hear, how something makes them feel. Very technical, like ‘turn this up a db or down, or it needs to be a bit bright. The EQ needs to change here.’”

Steven Soderbergh will help finish “The Batman Part II” while director Matt Reeves is on hiatus dealing with a personal matter.
Soderbergh said in a statement: “I thought Matt Reeves’ work on ‘The Batman’ was stunning; it was intentional, specific and rigorously coherent. The goal here is to work with Matt and his team to generate footage that will integrate seamlessly with what’s already been shot so Matt can properly finish his film.”
A studio rep said in a statement: “As Matt Reeves continues to attend to an ongoing family matter, Steven Soderbergh, as an admirer of Matt’s work, approached Matt and will step in, with the full support of DC Studios, to help the writer-director complete the final weeks of principal photography on 'The Batman Part 2.' Matt and Steven will work closely together with the actors and crew to fulfill Matt’s vision of the film.”
