@RiotPhreak what’s your design philosophy when dealing with ‘off meta’ balance? What keeps something like AP Kog in a decent spot while something like AP Gangplank left with vestigial ratios from a bygone era. Can we ever expect ratio buffs to stuff like Graves W? Would it harm?
