Final Straw Winchester

@TheGoodLifeFarm are supporting us! They're phasing out compostable straws and moving to paper straws soon. From 1st May they'll be charging 5p for their biodegradable plastic bags and encouraging use of their bags for life! Here's some of the team:

This time last year all you’d find in our local supermarkets was plastic straws and plastic party bags. Great to finally see @sainsburys (at Badger Farm, Winchester) stocking both paper party bags and paper straws both of which are recyclable 👏🏻👏🏻#saynotosingleuseplastics

My daughter (aged 5) asked if me if could do a litter pick, so we did! A whole bag in 1.5 miles! Picked up drinks cans, sweet wrappers, bottles, cigarette butts, wet wipes, a plastic straw and lots more! #nextgeneration #keepingbritaintidy #justdoingmybit #alwaysuselittergrabbers

Another litter pick. Amazing what you find in the 2 mile round trip to school: a Pint glass, Tennis ball, rubber bands, Crisp packets, Sweet wrappers, McDonald's bag, Cigarette butts, a plastic straw and a lot more! @ChrisGPackham @mcsuk #justdoingmybit #alwaysuselittergrabbers

Fantastic talk @ChrisGPackham in Winchester tonight. Dad and I enjoyed it very much - thank you! #passionate #inspiring #nextgeneration
