Wild Crimson chokeberry. I prefer the Scuppernong, but in isolation this one is also a really nice sour. Aged 1 yr +

So amazing: definitely tart, but Scuppernong is such a layered fruit. Great harmonic sour.

After photo: 7 down. The tart, sassy, Swayze To Wong Brew is the last one down to transition us to the sour bottles.

Javaberry Cream Stout by @HawRiverAles uses 100 pounds of fresh pink lemonade blueberries & local coffee. Sublime!

Citramelon White IPA by @HawRiverAles is the perfect compromise between watermelon, hops and eastern spice.

The nose on this Dark and Stormy (rum barrel aged, fresh ginger and lime zest) is heaven. @HawRiverAles
