..no sign of when @austinenergy is coming back and we are no longer on the outage map. Itās like we donāt exist bc we need our meters back. WHAT DO WE EVEN DO? They came & DISconnected us when we had power back. Not to mention we are out thousands $$ on an emergency electrician.
So @austinenergy came and manually disconnected power from our house and took our meters bc of a fallen connection pole when our power was restored earlier this week - had to hire an electrician and get a city inspector to inspect their work. This was done Sunday. Stillā¦ (1/2)
