Were you False Termed on @Roblox for "Harmful Content/Behavior"❓ Were you given a Chat Evidence ID with nothing else to work with❓ I recently dealt with this but was later untermed (took 14 Days). This is what I did to get untermed (IT MIGHT NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE BUT IT DOESN'T HURT TO TRY) Step 1: Request your Right of Access (ROA) - In your request just say "I would like to request my Right of Access & get my Chat Logs" - After doing this you will receive an email asking to prove your ownership to the account, after doing this they will process your request and send you your ROA (can take up to 48 hours) Step 2: Review your Chat Logs (IMPORTANT) - Copy your Chat Evidence ID and search through the file you're given and make sure to thoroughly read through the messages that were flagged. Step 3: Appealing - You will appeal through the subcategory "I was moderated for content or assets I created" - You do not need to provide a Asset ID as this is a Chat Evidence Termination - Template Example (I sorta used this): Hello my account was recently terminated for Harmful Content/Behavior. I was given the following Chat Evidence ID:(put your chat evidence ID here). After Getting my ROA and reviewing my chat logs I was falsely banned. In the conversation that was flagged I said the following: | You wanna describe the conversation right here and let them know exactly what you said | I would like to get a Manual Human Review for this case. I can also send in screenshots of my Chat Logs that prove that I did nothing wrong. Thank you so much I hope that this Step by Step guide helps players that were affected by this ban wave!

On August 31st I was terminated from Roblox & have lost over $140,000 due to Roblox faulty AI Moderation. I prompted twice in Roblox studio for a money system, received 2 Internal Errors, went AFK, and returned to my account falsely termed while on Roblox Studio. I was termed for Harmful Content/Behavior and the "Evidence" given was a Chat Evidence ID: with 0 evidence provided. I believe that I was termed for 0 reason and im looking for anyone that has this issue prior to me that was able to get a Manual Human Review or that has submitted a successful MIDR to Roblox. I submitted an appeal to my termination but a lot of other players have stated that Roblox Moderation tends to ignore any emails or appeals sent via their Violations & Appeals Section (Talked about on DevForums & on X). If anyone from the Roblox Moderation / Roblox Intern team can reach out to me and help out that would be great.
