I am a Gran Turismo World Record holder!😭
I can’t believe I’m writing those words, I actually did it!
On the same week that I turned 42 years old
On the same week that I publicly and without shame asked for your help because I was struggling (and so many of you graciously reached out for advice)
On this same week I ended up the fastest in the world and not even in Gr4 but Gr1
A lap 4.5 years in the making and yes I grinded hard for that lap, I did over 1000 miles yesterday, my hands and arms were sore but at 1.50 am I put together the lap I knew I could do. I was never going to quit. If I failed then I failed knowing I tried my best and could be happy with that but I actually did it and I’m so unbelievably happy
Thank you for all who have supported and encouraged me and given help and advice to help me improve as a driver. I feel this last 6 months iv been working on a strategy to improve on my pace and maybe this is now proof that my approach is working
I will try not to mention this World Record too often, but I can’t make any promises 🥹

A statement on yesterday…..
Everything I said in that interview was true. However, rest assured I’m doing my best to turn things round.
I have been in a mental health clinic for the last 10 weeks, finally discharging so I could attempt to play in Belfast
I owed that to my family, in particular my daughter to see me play for what could be the last time….. I also owed it to the fans who have supported me throughout my 21 years on tour
I also owed that to World Snooker who have been amazing from day on in all this, in particular Simon Brownell and Neil Tomkins who have remained in touch regularly, even Simon paying me a visit in the clinic itself
I’m not ok, but I’m ok in that itself. I’ve been much worse in the last few months than you saw yesterday. I literally didn’t see a future in anything…..
My daughter kept me going, the therapists, staff and all the other patients were amazing and helped me through some really dark days
I see the light now that I couldn’t see before but I do now. I also know it won’t happen overnight. I’m a work in progress!!! My fight and determination on the table has always been there for ones to see. I need to show those same fighting qualities off it now for a while
Please don’t detract anything from Jordan yesterday, he’s been aware of my struggles and that can’t have been easy to play in but he handled it with grace and skill as I knew he would. Im proud to call him a friend
I hope the rest of the event is a success and I will continue my treatments going forward and then see what’s ahead
Thank you to every single message I have received on here, instagram, Facebook, text messages and WhatsApp’s, I’ve seen them all but a bit overwhelmed to reply right now. Just know that they have helped me a lot but I’m not going anywhere just yet!!!! I have so much to live for and this is only the beginning of my new journey
Also, I was not made to do any interviews, I was simply given a choice and felt I owed it to everyone to speak. The media team at WST have been incredible through all this too

If you have seen a wave of negative press about this movie talking about its financial performance and how bad it is and why you shouldn’t see it - stop and ask yourself, does this feel a bit contrived like your opinion is being steered a bit too hard, like maybe just maybe it’s not in peoples interests for you to watch this movie - I did watch it. It’s different, it’s unique, it has messages and meaning and is satirical on many levels without giving too much away - but to reiterate it you think you’re being discouraged a little too hard from seeing this movie then go see it and come to your own conclusion, I guarantee it will not be neutrality and chewing gum for the eyes but will make you sit up and watch and think and then think again. FYI I still haven’t decided if I actually enjoyed the movie or not, I can’t rate it out of 10, I saw it on Friday and I’m still debating what I saw beyond some excellent performances, that in of itself is a win that cinema has not given us in many years

If I sign up for a big budget movie and make it clear I don’t want to work with a specific producer, like say a Harvey Weinstein, you can’t after the fact just try and coerce me into working with him.

It’s what makes the combat sports such an emotional rollercoaster. When you watch someone totally out gunned, physically and on skill, speed and agility but they take it and just won’t quit. Sometimes just having so much heart and no quit in you is enough to overcome the impossible. Fantastic and inspiring from Hrgovic. Itauma still a future champion, I had him as the most talented Brit HW before this fight but on the front foot - you look at Dubois vs Wardley last fight and I just don’t think Itauma based on tonight would stick it out in deep waters like those two did. Very interested to see who they give him next and how he responds

They didn't care. They don't care, they wont care. The hardest physics(and the best) was on Day 1 in 2022, since that, all physics update has made it more easy than the last one. Is funny when they call it "best Sim racing game" or "the future of simracing" or "real driving simulator" when their physics only follows a arcade line improvement, innecessary stress from the community imo, they wont care never about it. They does these type of things for make the people fast and believe they're really competitive, so they will keep playing, and easy for not stress the casual players so they can enjoy.
Even the Help AI isnt working first it was Sonnet then Haiku, cant get a response on anything as Paid user

This is more damaging than ANY political opinion Dana White has or any politicized mma on the White House lawn. This is a pathology that kills and pushing a stigma/silence that causes people to see killing themselves as a legit option. Maybe Dana White should NEVER talk about his opinions of mental health struggles. He may save a few lives that way. "Man up" isn't wonderful therapy for a sick person; and mental illness is real illness, no matter what the fuck Dana thinks. #MentalHealthAwareness
