will never understand why studios won't screen some movies to critics until 7:30pm the night before a 9am review embargo, even when influencers can see them weeks in advance. if the film is that fucking bad, just delay the embargo a few days! better yet, don't make it at all!

I'm still finishing my screeners, but no matter how much I enjoyed the experience of watching Wicked, you will simply not catch me voting for the horrendous CGI, color grading, or cinematography to win anything. Supporting actress and costume design are as far as I'll go here
If #Wicked was made in the Golden Age, it sweeps every single major award at the Oscars + more. No competition. I feel like Hollywood is too cynical these to even garner it with many noms… but I hold out hope. It’s worthy of AT LEAST ten awards.
On one hand, I cried through most of Moana 2. On the other hand, the movie is mostly bad with bad characters and horrible songs. So..... go help it break the Thanksgiving box office record. Or don't! You can't win either way in this horrible media landscape!

I for one think Red One is actually a perfectly decent movie with more heart than most and a creative approach to a sometimes tired subject, so, maybe go watch it for yourself and don't assume it's crap just because the internet decided it would be before it even came out 🤷
