@TUIUK 2 hour delay departure made to sit on plane with two kids. Hotel nothing like represented online (disgusting) paid again for another hotel. Flight home delayed 2 hours. S### service. Never again.

My flight from Gatwick to Hong Kong was delayed & delayed
then we taxied out at 22:58pm
The pilot then said the airport closes at 23:00
so we taxied back and put in hotel.
Thus Mondays flight became merged with Tuesdays so only one flight ran

@easyJet what a disgrace. Sons flight cancelled 7.10am from Palma to Glasgow. Been in Palma since about 3.45am. Only option given was a connecting flight to Bristol...useless. . get to Bristol and flight to Glasgow cancelled. £4 food voucher🙄 god knows when they'll get home
