4/ To win the competition, it seems that you need support or to buy your way in. I converted a small amount of $ETH to $RARE, giving me around 19 votes. Two people backed me, and their support made a significant difference in the race. We got a total of 729 votes.

3/ $RARE holders are mainly artists and collectors rather than curators, and the power does not seem evenly distributed. In the web3 community, art dealers have less voting power compared to the traditional art market.

2/ Elevator pitches focusing on wealth distribution and transparent information about the percentage that goes to the organization, artists, and curators are crucial. We need to work on it.

1/ The web3 surpasses web2 in terms of providing options to regulate a DAO, and I was highly impressed by the voting system that was integrated with my meta-wallet. Furthermore, the governance of the organization was exemplary, with concise information available. @SR_Gov
