Just saw a post by Novara media saying Tucker Carlson is not an ally to the pro Palestinian movement (something blatantly obvious) and disturbingly every single comment was praising him using a variation of the ‘he’s changed!’ talking point. If the people commenting are actual leftists or activists for the cause I really do believe we’ve reached an irreversible tipping point, that no cause or no left issue is safe from a right wing infiltration operation, and it will eventually be coming for whatever cause or thing you care about, as long as that cause has measurable political energy and juice that they can co opt. There is somehow a dangerous shortage of left voices who loathe the right chiming in on this issue still but I think that largely has to do with almost every alternative left media figure being a total doormat and or promoter of this right wing infiltration operation.
