U.S. Marine Corps CWO Richard Lake Holycross was killed in action on September 10, 1967 in Quang Tri Province, South Vietnam. Richard was 36 years old & from Grove City, Ohio. H&S Company, 3rd Battalion, 26th Marines. Silver Star. Remember Richard today. He is an American Hero.🇺🇸

I often post pictures of jet engines…this however, is my own engine. It’s my heart…which I’m happy to report is ‘purring’ like a vintage V8. Over the next few days I’m going to bore you with some cardiac health stuff. Those who know me will know that no male in my family has made it past 51, so I’m on a PB.
