cs update is out and I'm already dropping bugs on the new map 2.0

NEW WALLBANG BUG Even the thinnest walls become completely non-wallbangable, when there's no wall behind the enemy. The issue most likely happens because the function that handles bullet penetration now uses a different value for weapon range after the map scripting update.

the new update gives us surf_palacio 🥳
