Don't mind me, just making a pinned to remind myself of what I'm aiming to do. And that's on top of me finishing school at year's end, my mind. Just need to gain and retain focus again is all. I know I can do it!
I just watched Wildwood again, why on Earth would they use it? They can, will, and do just fine on their own, with their own human hands. Thus making that studio a permanent day one for me. Damn the horror stories that come with the studio though.
Travis Knight says that LAIKA will never use generative AI in their films.
“AI is theft. It’s the ingestion of years and years and years of human creativity and ingenuity, regurgitated back. It has no humanity. It has no spirit.”

The way it handles the cast is kinda frustrating and imbalanced. Even if Nomura said KH is Sora story, I've seen bigger/on par in size casts have better balance in giving everyone substantial impactful moments. Or at the very least give them better screen time.
Not this clip reminding me that we haven't heard the Master of Masters since 2020. That should be crime and it shouldn't happen again lol.
Please note that I think there is no bad Laika movie.
1. Wildwood
2. Caroline
3. Boxtrolls
4. Kubo and the Two Strings
5. Missing Link
6. ParaNorman
My main wants for KH4.

1. Give the worlds close to the amount of interactivity that KH1 worlds had. 2. Have the combat be fair and balanced but still have the amount options that KH3 had. 3. Have this idea be real for the scenario for KH4, all the characters present having new substantial stuff.
I want two things in particular:
A better overall balance between Disney and original worlds, and for KH4 to feel completely different from the previous games by taking an entirely new approach to its structure
One last thing about this vcoding mod nonsense, these shouldn't be official mods that a person should put on a website like Nexus. They should be an idea/proof of concept at most. Especially if it's a boring idea like, change the system to another game's system.
With that said, people that don't have a problem with N64 Mario and his physics being imported into other games (made by humans), should have a problem with anything like that. Vcoded or not, it's doing the "anti art" claim for the sake of a what if and for the funny.
But either way, I think this whole thing convinced me that PC gaming is just not worth it. Tech troubles, prices increasing and likely staying there for a while, the new politics on mods and mod making, it all sounds like big mess.

With that said, how is it solving problems that people have been stumped on for years? Is humanity really losing recipes on the main thing we need to survive as a species?

If this is what the richest man on the planet can come up with, I can safely say AI movies won’t be replacing actual movies anytime soon.
Watch Episode 1 of our Odyssey series made with Grok Imagine.

crazy to think that this is the last time we got to hear him voicing bugs bunny and it almost never got released. he should’ve had way more years ahead of him, still doesn’t make sense that he’s gone. RIP Eric Bauza
‘Bye Bye Bunny: A Looney Tunes Musical’ was confirmed to be Eric Bauza’s final project during his lifetime.
Before Bauza’s passing, the film was put back into pre-production after being previously shelved by Warner Bros. Discovery.

Well, i think now this film is probably the most impactful film the Looney Tunes will ever have. The fight for it's release and now being one of the final projects Eric Bauza worked for not only the franchise but his career....fuck this one hurts man

Eric Bauza dying might be the worst thing to happen to animation in like decades, im so fr, that man was the modern day Mel blanc. He was SO passionate about carrying on those characters to the modern day, he was such an amazing actor and created so many characters of his own.
