I like Aljo - but this opinion is silly
Aljamain Sterling says he would have preferred a 10–10 third round in Yan–Merab, which would have produced a draw, while crediting Yan for finishing strongly.
“Damage should score. But what happened to all the other damage? It was a great fight, a coin flip of a round for round three. I would have liked to see it go 10–10, but that’s never going to happen. And then the fight ends in a draw. Of course, Petr Yan ended the fight strong. Kudos to him. You could say the fight was trending in Petr Yan’s way. I agree. But that’s the way the decision went, and unfortunately we came up short.”

Jasmine Jasudavicius says the commission in Winnipeg fined her $10,000 for having "dip" in her mouth during her UFC Winnipeg win in April. She says it was peppermint gum.
I dip, so let me explain. Dip is moist snuff like Skoal or Grizzly, packed in your lip. It's not chewing tobacco, that's Red Man. If a pinch fell on that mat, it would stain, smear, scatter in pieces, and burn like hell in a cut or an eye. Trust me, I know.
I wanted to credit the article that broke this, by Alexander K. Lee at MMA Fighting. Went to tag him and found out he has me blocked lol. So credit to MMAFighting. Even the article calls it "dip (chewing tobacco)" though, and those aren't the same thing.
Realistically, what everyone is actually talking about is a nicotine pouch, like a Zyn. That's the only answer that makes sense. A pouch stays in one piece. Dip doesn't.
But the best part: she says the gum fell out on the mat and she told them to go get it and test it. They said "we wouldn't do that."
So there's a $10K piece of peppermint gum still sitting somewhere in a Winnipeg cage lol.
