More Victor Marx campaign finance violation drama developing. In a new filing, Marx has again refused to disclose who the owner of Wyoming Not Shook LLC is, yet continues allowing it to make over-the-limit donations. Marx now needs to disclose at least 8 owners of the LLC in order for those donations to not be considered over the limit. Marx previously stated that over $200k had been earned for the campaign from the Not Shook LLC merch store, but has only disclosed $11k so far. If the stated $200k+ figure is true, then Marx will have to disclose at least 137 owners of the Not Shook LLC. By all accounts, Not Shook LLC seems to be on very shaky ground.

Pre-planned or reactionary? Come to think of it... I predicted back in April 2026 that this was his plan from day one. Hire the oppositional forces... Have them write stories and start "investigations" known to be negative so they could be dealt with upfront and on their own terms. (i.e. Cori Kennedy, who's investigative efforts against Marx went nowhere, were largely unfounded and grossly over-exaggerated, and were apparently this way by design.) To then come out with this exact video trailer... and I'm guessing a follow-up series to "debunk" all these stories. What say you? Pre-planned or reactionary?
